How do I know if I have the right points?
Tenderness and marking on the ear from blood vessels or discolorations are the best indicators that you’ve found the right spot.
Before applying the ear seeds, become familiar with the landscape of the ear. Then do your best to match the location as shown in the pictures. There’s no harm if your application is slightly off. The more you practice, the easier it will be to get the right spot.
How often do I press them?
It is recommended to press the seeds 1 – 3 times daily and more as needed for anxiety, stress, or ADHD.
How many seeds do you need?
How many seeds you need will depend on if you’re treating one or more conditions. Most people apply 3 – 5 seeds per health condition for maximum results. Look for areas of discoloration, markings, blood vessels, or indentations to find the right spots.
How long should they stay on?
For children we recommend leaving the seeds on for up to 48 hours, then removing for another 48 hours to let the ears rest. If you’re putting them in only one ear at a time, you may alternate ears
Do the Seeds go on both ears?
Yes, the seeds go in both ears for maximum results. However, you can wear them in only one ear. They don’t all have to go in the same ear. You can do some points in one ear and the remaining points in the other ear. Either side is fine.
