Today I'm going to teach you about AcuPatching™ and how you can use light therapy on acupuncture points to benefit your family at home.
I coined the term AcuPatching™ to describe our ability to use this new technology called light therapy patching on acupuncture points and what this does is it combines the power of acupuncture point stimulation with the benefits of light therapy.
Now, light therapy has been around for hundreds of years and is very well researched but there's a novel technology that's come on the market in the last 15 years that allows us to harness light therapy in a new and different way.
This company called LifeWave developed these light therapy patches and what they do is trap the infrared heat and light that our body emits and then reflect back very specific wavelengths of light that initiate biochemical changes in the body.
Much like when we go outside in the sunlight and that sun reaches our skin it causes our body to initiate the production of vitamin D.
Each Patch in the LifeWave lineup reflects back a different wavelength of light that then initiates different biochemical changes in the body.
For instance, the Y-age Glutathione patch initiates the production of glutathione in the body. Glutathione is known as the master antioxidant and is beneficial for the immune system and detoxification.
There are eleven different patches in the lineup and they all do different things. Like I mentioned earlier there's the Y-age Glutathione patch that promotes healthy immunity and detoxification.
There are patches that help support energy levels, some that help reduce cravings, and there's even a patch that helps to reduce inflammation pain.
There’s even one that activates and mobilizes the body's own stem cells and restores our cells to a more youthful state.
When you use the patches just make sure that you're well-hydrated and drinking something with electrolytes. You may need to add a little bit of magnesium into your diet or take an Epsom salt bath to maximize the effectiveness of the patches.
It's quite a revolutionary technology and if you're interested in learning exactly how these patches work and what they do I want to invite you to take my free AcuPatching Course (coming soon).

I'd be interested in doing your free acupatch course. Please keep me informed. Thank you!
Hi Sandra, I will be in touch with you shortly.
Hi Sandra, I have sent a message via facebook.
Yes, i want that free course
I Gheorghe, are you a practitioner or looking to use on yourself or your children?
I’m having a hard time trying to figure where to post a comment. I have a question about how to treat pain and stiffness in the index and middle finger joints on both hands. I’m an acupuncturist and am looking to try the patches for the first time. Which patches are best for this type of ailment? Where should they be placed? On the joints in the hand that hurt? How many patches at once? Etc?
Hi Jill, have you already signed up with the acupatching community? You have access to this community once you have purchased patches. There's a forum inside that community where you would ask questions regarding patches and placement.
I signed up for bronze. Should I have received communication to join or do I go somewhere to join?
You should contact who you signed up under and they will give you instructions. If they don't, please email me at devon.vernetti@gmail.com :)
I am a pediatric nurse practitioner and use auricular acupressure nearly daily for my patients. I am interested in the free AcuPatching course once it's available. Can I please be updated when it's available? Thank you!
Hi Molly. Can you email me your email address to suzy@suzymccleary.com and I will get you added to the AcuPatching Course.
Kind regards
Suzy
