Here’s What You Need to Know Before Booking Online:
1) When booking for multiple family members, use the same e-mail address with different passwords
You will need to set up each family member’s account separately. You can use the same e-mail address, but you’ll need to choose different passwords in order to book the appointment under the correct patient’s name.
Unfortunately, our online scheduler does NOT allow families to have one shared account. Instead, you must log in separately to make individual appointments.
2) New patients need to call our office to make their 1st appointment
Our top priority is to make sure that our services are a good fit for you or your child. Robin offers a 10-minute discovery consultation over the phone for new patients.
As far as scheduling goes, because we spend an hour or more with our new patients we reserve special spots that are not available through our online calendar. To book your appointment, call our office at (408) 776-0420.
3) We reserve some appointments slots that are not available for online booking
Because Robin’s schedule is usually booked 2 – 4 weeks in advance, her office manager, Martha, reserves a few slots for new patients and for same-week appointments. This is to ensure that there are appointments are available for those that need them more immediately!
Late Cancellations, less than 24 hours in advance,
cannot be processed through our online scheduler
We require a 24 hours notice if you cannot make your follow-up appointment and 48 hours notice if you cannot make your new patient appointment. Robin has a waiting list so we need to have enough time contact those on the list.
Our online scheduler will not allow you to cancel your appointment online if there’s less than 24 hours notice because late cancellations are subject to the full fee appointment fee.
